Post Name- Scientist (Group-A) 

Total Posts- 33 [GEN-14, EWS-03, OBC (NCL)-08, SC-06, ST-02]

Upper Age Limit- 32 years as on the closing date of the application.

Qualification- M.E./M.Tech./PhD (Submitted) in the area related to Semiconductors and Optoelectronics/Microwaves and Communication.

Pay Scale- Level 11 (Rs.67,700-2,08,700/-) as per the 7th CPC.

Application Fee- Rs.500/- (There will be No Application Fee for SC/ST/PH/Women/CSIR Employees/Ex-Servicemen/Abroad candidates).

Selection Process- The selection will be made on the basis of Document Verification and Interview.
