RGSSH Faculty Recruitment 2024: Details of Posts, Age, Qualification and Pay Scale

  • Post Name: Professor
  • Total Posts: 05
  • Upper Age Limit: 60 years or a maximum of 66 years for Government retired persons
  • Qualification and Experience: (i) For General discipline/ Broad Speciality- A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. MD/MS in the relevant subject/discipline. Minimum 13 years of teaching and/or research experience (out of which minimum 4 years as Assistant Professor and 3 years as Associate Professor) in a recognized institution in the concerned subject. (ii) For Super-Speciality discipline- M.Ch for Surgical Super Specialities and D.M. for Medical Super-Specialities with a minimum of 10 years teaching and/or research experience (out of which minimum 4 years as Assistant Professor and 3 years as Associate Professor) in a recognized institution in the concerned subject.
  • Pay Scale: Rs.3,05,000/- per month

  • Post Name: Associate Professor
  • Total Posts: 10
  • Upper Age Limit: 60 years or a maximum of 66 years for Government retired persons

  • Upper Age Limit: 55 years or a maximum of 66 years for Government retired persons
  • Qualification and Experience: (i) For General discipline/ Broad Speciality- A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. MD/MS in the relevant discipline. Minimum 03 years of teaching and/or research experience as Senior Resident/Demonstrator/Tutor/Lecturer or equivalent. (ii) For Super-Speciality discipline- No experience required.
  • Pay Scale: Rs.1,95,000/- per month

Selection Process- The selection will be made on the basis of Interview.
