Directorate of Medical & Health Services, Uttar Pradesh has recently invited online application for 02 years course of Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) in 35 centers for 1750 seats. Interested candidates can apply for the course by submitting the application online with the required documents and application fees.

Age Limit: 17- 35 yrs as on 31/12/2021

Qualification: 12th with the minimum of 45% marks for GEN/OBC/EWS category candidates and 40% marks for SC/ST category candidates.

Application Fees: Rs.200/- for GEN category and Rs.100/- for OBC/SC/ST category candidates.

Selection Process: According to the marks obtained by the candidate in 10th and 12th class.
