New Mangalore Port Trust, Panambur, Mangalore (Karnataka)- 575010 invited applications from eligible candidates for the post of VTS Manager (Master Mariner) in the Port on contract basis.

Post name- VTS Manager (Master Mariner)

Total posts- 03 Vacancies

Maximum age limit- Not more than 55 years as on the date of appointment.

Education qualification- Must hold a certificate of competency as Master of Foreign-going Ship, issued by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and waterways, Govt. of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and waterways, Govt. of India with GMDSS.

Experience- One year post qualification experience as Master/ Chief Officer of a foreign going ship.

Working Hours- The VTS Manager (Master Mariner) on contract basis are to work in VTS on 12 hours shift.

Pay Scale- Rs.94,000/Month or Rs.83,000/Month when provided with Port quarters.

Security Bond- Candidates need to execute a security bond 0f 02 yrs for continue working in the New Mangalore Port Trust.

Selection Process- Candidates will be selected on the basis of Walk-in-Interview Test.
